Insurance Inside Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Insurance Inside Sales Manager to join our growing team. We offer a generous base salary in addition to a bonus incentive, and we have a fun, fast pace working environment where our employees are rewarded for their achievements.

Today, we offer a platform for agents to create a custom bundle of products from multiple carriers to meet the needs and cost of their customer. We have the most advanced technology in the industry to help agents deliver exceptional service. In the same time a traditional agent quotes just one carrier, we are able enroll multiple products in a single step.


The Basics:

  • Educate and assist distribution/agents on our platform
  • Assist agents in getting appointed with our carrier partners
  • Meet and/or exceed specific, attainable sales goals
  • Must work from Austin Corporate office

Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min. 3 years of Life and/or Health insurance experience
  • General Life and Health License a HUGE PLUS, but not required immediately
  • Successful Sales Experience
  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented mindset
  • Fantastic Communication Skills
  • Coachable
  • Closing Confidence
  • Motivated
